+ Is Enroller translated into other languages for agents, students and families??

Yes. Enroller is fully translated into 5 languages, saving your $2,000 +

+ What do I do with my current Offer and Invoice/Receipt documents?

Enroller automatically creates these documents based on your inputs. You get to review all documents before they are sent.

+ Do agents see all applications I receive?

Agents can only see applications related to their account.

+ How many staff can I add to my account?

You have control to add full access or read only users, we do not limit how many users you activate

+ We don't use Xero for our accounting, can Enroller integrate with other accounting platforms?

+ Can agents and families use Enroller to enrol to our school?

Yes, both agents and direct applicants (parents or students) are able to create an account in order to submit and monitor their application progress.

+ Does the pricing depend on the number of users?

No, Enroller’s pricing is tiered and based on the number of international students that are currently enrolled at your schools.

+ How long does it take to set up and start using Enroller?

Depending on which product is best for you it’ll take between 30minutes and 4hours of your time to be up and running on Enroller.

+ Is training included in the pricing?

Yes, initial training and ongoing customer success support is provided by our experienced team.

+ What support is on offer once the platform is live?

We have in product ‘chat support’ and a dedicated customer success team who send our monthly newsletters as well as regular webinar and product updates. Our team will book quarterly 1v1 review meetings with you to ensure that you are realising the full value of your Enroller product.

+ I want to upgrade my current package, what is involved?

Just let your Customer Success Manager know. They’ll ensure you get access to the enhanced feature sets and are trained sufficiently in order to get best use out of them.

+ Is Enroller an "on-premise" or cloud solution?

Enroller is cloud based, this enables you to operate your business from anywhere, anytime.

+ Where is the data stored?

Data is securely stored with our Amazon partner, AWS.

+ How is data backed up?

Our application data is backed up daily within AWS and the infrastructure is defined by code.

+ Is Enroller GDPR compliant?

Yes, Enroller takes security and personal data very seriously.

+ Is there a phone app for Enroller?

Whilst Enroller is accessible and user-friendly on mobile devices or on desktop via your browser, there is no App at this stage.

+ Can this integrate with other student management platforms or CRM's?

Yes, Enroller can integrate with any SMS or CRM that has the capability.

+ Do you have a System and Organization Control (SOC2) Certificate?

We don’t currently have SOC2 certification, however our hosting provider, AWS has SOC2 certification.
